   – Currently, Choppify’s delivery services are limited to Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

   – We are constantly working to expand our delivery areas and will keep customers updated on new service locations.

 

  1. Delivery Timings

   – Standard Delivery: Orders are generally delivered within the time slots order  by customers during checkout, depending on product availability and location.

   – Same-Day Delivery: For orders placed at any time, we offer same-day delivery, subject to availability.

 

  1. Delivery Charges

   – Free Delivery: Orders above a certain threshold (e.g., ₹500) qualify for free delivery. Details on this minimum order amount are displayed during checkout.

   – Standard Delivery Fee: A nominal delivery fee will apply to orders below the minimum order amount. This fee is calculated and displayed before completing your order.

 

  1. Order Tracking

   – After placing an order, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with tracking details. You can also track your order status directly from the Choppify platform.

   – If you encounter any delays or issues with tracking, please contact our customer support team.

 

  1. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

   – Customer Unavailability: If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer’s unavailability, our delivery personnel will make a second attempt. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the order may be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

   – Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details.
